    I thought they were the <span style="background-color: #FFFF00; color: #FFFF00; font-weight: bold">caps</span hide> from the <span style="background-color: #FFFF00; color: #FFFF00; font-weight: bold">size</span hide>

    Perhaps the <span style="background-color: #FFFF00; color: #FFFF00; font-weight: bold">size</span hide> is the answer

    If you asked me to say which one represented the one in error, I would have to say the first one.
    (Location Australia, then UK, but now USA. Heart, outlook, attitude, etc always Australian)

    <span style="background-color: #FFFF00; color: #FFFF00; font-weight: bold">I guess we are supposed to figure out that even though they look like greek letters the I and Y are not greek letters. With this in minde then theta is the odd one. How are we supposed to figure that they are not greek letters.

    To me this would be like putting a string of numbers together in a series and all but 2 are base 10, leaving it to the puzzler to figure out that the some were base 4 (eg)</span hide>

    Steve, in fact you are absolutely correct (as usual <img src=/S/grin.gif border=0 alt=grin width=15 height=15>). I took this off a well respected puzzle website late one night and took it as read.....silly old me, a very stupid oversight by me. I won't be borrowing from that site for a little while or until I check it out properly

    So my apologies to everyone, I am just off to fall on my sword <img src=/S/blush.gif border=0 alt=blush width=15 height=15>
