I was about to go crackers over this - but I won't wine...

    I am guessing that <span style="background-color: #FFFF00; color: #FFFF00; font-weight: bold">Derby </span hide> is the odd one out and that <span style="background-color: #FFFF00; color: #FFFF00; font-weight: bold">Cheese</span hide> is the link

    <span style="background-color: #FFFF00; color: #FFFF00; font-weight: bold">Bath Cheese</span hide>
    <span style="background-color: #FFFF00; color: #FFFF00; font-weight: bold">Bosworth Cheese</span hide>
    <span style="background-color: #FFFF00; color: #FFFF00; font-weight: bold">Sage Derby ( starts with sage)</span hide>
    <span style="background-color: #FFFF00; color: #FFFF00; font-weight: bold"> Isle of Mull </span hide>
    <span style="background-color: #FFFF00; color: #FFFF00; font-weight: bold"> Lancashire </span hide>

If I'm right I'll try not to bleat on about it!
