How to set Network Sharing folder password

What operating system(s) are you using?
Are you wanting one folder accessed by several? - or individual folders only accessible by the 'owner'?

I am using Windows 2003 Server (standard edition). I want to have indicidual folder only can accessivle by the owner itself.
