Calendar appointment 'signature block' (Outlook 2000 SR-1)

    Hi
What I'm after is probably best described as a 'signature block' for an Outlook calendar appointment.
When I create a new calendar appointment, I want a few lines already written in the appointment, just like a signature block works with a new email message.
What would be the simplest way to get this?
    Thanks in advance
    Peter

I can't think of anything simple.

You could customize the standard form to include the text, or you could write a macro that intercepts the creation of the item and adds it. Since I'm clueless about Custom Forms, guess which way I'd lean? <img src=/S/anigrin.gif border=0 alt=anigrin width=19 height=19>
