    attachment & line break

I have been using Outlook 2002 since 5/29 and I have had problems with attachments from one source only. They arrive with no paperclip, although they indicate within the message body that the attachments are there. I can get the attachments if I use a mirrored email account that does not go through Outlook 2002 or if I click in the Outlook message header and remove an extra line break (that is indicated to be present in the "circle i message")--the paperclip appears and the attachments can be saved. The attachments are only .doc and I have Slovak's Outlook 2002 Restricted Attachment Options 1.2 with all extensions moved to level 2.

if you turn off remove line breaks for good (tools > options > email button), does it also help?

you say it's from one source only? do you know what kind of mail system they are using? (exchange server/outlook, groupwise, notes, pop3/eudora, etc?)
