    Page Break Before (WordXP)

Hi. I thought the the "Page Break Before" paragraph formatting property was supposed to force a page break. In the attached document, the heading style has this property, but the heading is not on a new page.... How do I get it to text with this style to start on a new page?

    Re: Page Break Before (WordXP)

    Hi

Not sure whether I'm missing something, but when I opened the document, none of the paragraphs had the paragraph format "page break before".

When I changed the paragraph to pagebreak before, it worked as expected

    Regards

    John

Click in the heading and press Ctrl+Q to reset paragraph formatting to that defined in the style. The heading will jump to the next page.
