Removing 0 when referrer cell is empty (2002 SP3)

I have an Excel spreadsheet in which the first tab contains all the data which is fed to the other 6 tabs. Is there some way to have nothing show up instead of the 0 if the referrer cell is empty?

    Thanks.

    Hello again Hans,

    I entered this

    =IF(Data!A2="";""; Data!A2)

and got an "The formula you typed contains an error".

    What did I do incorrectly?

    Thanks.

I'm sorry, I wasn't paying attention when I posted. You must use commas instead of semicolons. (My system uses semicolons because the comma is the decimal separator)

Edited by HansV - originally had semicolons instead of commas in the formula

    For example:

    =IF(Sheet2!B3="","",Sheet2!B3)
