    Welcome to Woody's Lounge!

Can you tell us which icon has gone missing? Do you have any idea how it was deleted?

I mistakenly deleted the wireless icon myself. Is there a way to undo this? It still is visible in the START program. Thanks Hans

    Try this:
    - Select Start | Control Panel.
    - If you use Category view, open Network and Internet Connections.
    - Open Network Connections.
    - Right-click your wireless connection and select Properties from the popup menu.
    - Tick the check box "Show icon in notification area when connected".
    - Click OK.

Have you tried restarting the computer to see if it regenerates itself ??

Followed your steps but icon didn't reappear in system tray. However, it does "flash" there when I enable or disable it. I can live with that.
DocWatson: Doesn't reposition itself after shutdown. Thanks for replying.
