Schitzy Form Results Puzzler (2000 - Extensions 2002)

We're just moving our site to a server which has 2002 FP extensions on it rather than 2000, and we lost some functionality as a result (at least I'm guessing that's how it was lost):

In forms where we set form results to post to a HTML page, we used to be able to hit <enter> twice in scrolling text boxes and get a line break in the resulting HTML page. Now it just gives us a space with no line break. Any ideas about how to insert some kind of <./p> or <.br> characters into the scrolling text box that would generate a line break or return character in the resulting HTML page? Has anyone else had this problem? A big ol' hug <img src=/S/hugs.gif border=0 alt=hugs width=41 height=25> to anyone who can help us figure this one out...

I don't know the solution to your problem, but it may not be the extensions. According to MS, "All Web administrators hosting Web sites that are extended with the FrontPage Server Extensions should download and install the 2002 release. FrontPage Server Extensions 2002 are compatible with all previous versions of FrontPage for Windows and include all prior service releases." (quoted from this page) . Usually, an earlier version of FrontPage can not use any new features of a later release of the extensions, but newer releases of the extensions support all of the functionality of previous releases.

Was this a form alone or a an FP discussion group?

It's a standalone form - I get the same results if I create a new form or use an existing one...
