    Finished with a form (2003)

This is the first time I have used forms. Therefore I apologise if this is a very basic question.

I have constructed a macro which uses forms to allow the user to select data.

Once a macro has finished with a form, how do you unload it and clear it of values? Hiding it seems to mean that it retains its values until next time the form is loaded.

    Unload Userform1
Make sure you do that after you have read the entries from the form you needed.

The instruction to unload a userform named frmSomething is

    Unload frmSomething

If the code to unload the form is in the module behind the form itself, you can use

    Unload Me

instead. In the userform module, Me refers to the form, whatever its name is.
