Multiple Calendars (XP; SP3)

I belong to a number of organizations which I would like to track meetings and etc. within Outlook.

I have a need to only show/print those meetings and etc. by individual organization. As an example: One calendar for Org1, a separate calendar for Org2 and another calendar for Org3. There are times when I do care to view all organizational activity within one calendar. Is this possible?

(Edited by JohnBF on 13-Sep-05 13:59. Explaining Named Views, and clarification.)
Yes, if you keep all the information in one Calendar and then set Org1, Org2, Org3, etc., as user-defined Categories; then filter the View by Category under View | Arrange By | Current View | Customize Current View | Filter | Advanced | select Frequently Used Fields | Categories, then enter the category name in the Value Field, and OK out. Simple, eh? But you have to keep your Categories correct!

Then you can save your Views as named Views for Org1, Org2, Org3, and a default View of everything. The process is to select View | Arrange By | Current View | Define Views, and then copy the Current View and Modify it with the Filter as explained above
