    Floating Toolbar (2000 sp3)

    Greetings,
    I have a need to have a floating toolbar that will exist on all sheets of a workbook. Is this possible? if so how? If this can be done, I would like to have at least one item on the toolbar so that I can duplicate the code to have the proper links on the toolbar. Basically, I want to have a quick link to a specific tab in the workbook.

    Thanks,
    Brad

    A custom toolbar will be available in all sheets by default. Can you explain the second and third questions? I don't understand them

    Hans,
    Basically, I have a specific tab that is used as a contents page. It has buttons that the user can click to jump to the desired page.

    Once on the desired page, I would like to have a quick link back to the contents page, without having to scroll at the bottom of the screen.

    If I use the floating toolbar that is available already, will it stay visable for each sheet?

    Thanks,
    BRad

    Yes, a toolbar will remain visible - that's the idea of a toolbar, it's not part of a specific worksheet (although you could write code to display it only in specific worksheets).

    You can create a macro that activates the contents page:

    Sub ShowContents()
    Worksheets("Contents").Activate
    End Sub

    Next, create a custom toolbar button and assign the macro to it.
