    Toolbar / Menubar (2002)

    Hi

I had customised my toolbar and menubar and my tweaks were available in databases I worked on. I've now changed my laptop and lost them all. Where do these tweaks get stored? Is there a file like the Personal workbook in Excel?

    Any help appreciated.

Custom toolbars are stored in the database where you create them.
Customizations to built-in toolbars are stored in the Windows Registry, under HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareMicrosoftOffice10.0Access SettingsCommandBars, in a series of binary values. I don't know if it would work if you exported the key to a .reg file on the old laptop, then imported it on the new one.
