    user name in network

We have computers connected in a network but when i want to open one of the computers a window opens with the following
    questions:

    user name

    password

Is it possible to avoid this window? We want to send off automatically data to all our compters and to this end we need to avoid this window

    Thank you in advance

A little more info, please. What operating system? Workgroup or Domain? Are you logging on at your (and other) computer with a username and password?

On each computer create a user profile and assign it to appropriate group. (It is better to create a new group and set required permissions to this group.) On computer which you are sending data from use the same account - this way you can avoid logon problem to each computer and automate data sending.

Have you defined any shares on these computers?
This must be done or you will ALWAYS be asked for the stated information.

Now running HP Pavilion a6528p, with Win7 64 Bit OS.
