Combine Forms into Multipage (Outlook 2000+)

With the benefit of hindsight, I want to combine two userforms into a multipage. Is there any shortcut to do this easily, or do I basically have to recreate everything?

You can cut and paste controls from one form into a tab page on another form (if you select a bunch of controls, they will retain their relative positions), and you can cut and paste code. But you will have to resolve name conflicts (controls with the same name) first.
