    Printing forms is always problematic in Access. Have you tried saving the form as a report and printing it?

    No, I haven't tried that. But this form is for sending quick faxes. Copying to a Report sort of defeats the 'quick' part. That is unless there is code available to do just that. But the codce would also need to then send it using WInfax, all from the one button cllick on the original form.

    You can create a report based on the same record source as the form. When you've tested it, set it to use WinFax.
    Assuming that
    <UL><LI>The report is named rptFax.
    <LI>You only want to print/send the current record in the form.
    <LI>The record is identified by the value of a number field named ID[/list]the On Click code for the command button cmdFax on the form would be

    Private Sub cmdFax_Click()
    DoCmd.OpenReport ReportName:="rptFax", WhereCondition:="[ID]" & Me.ID
    End Sub

    If ID is a text field, change the WhereCondition argument to include quotes Chr(34) around the value of ID:

    WhereCondition:="[ID]=" & Chr(34) & Me.ID & Chr(34)
