    Hi mcn,
    On sheet2, input the following formula into:
    . A1:
    =TRIM(OFFSET(Sheet1!$A$1,(ROW()-1)*2,0)&" "&OFFSET(Sheet1!$A$1,(ROW()-1)*2+1,0))
    . B1:
    =OFFSET(Sheet1!$A$1,(ROW()-1)*2+1,1)
    . C1:
    =OFFSET(Sheet1!$A$1,(ROW()-1)*2+1,2)
    Then copy down as far as needed.

    Cheers

    In the attached workbook, I have applied Macropod's formulas in Sheet2.

    It they do not do what you want, please explain what you want to accomplish.

    What doesn't work for you?

    I did as suggested and it works for me, giving what you currently have in sheet2 from the data in sheet1.
