My outlook is always receiving emails with the title "Conflict Message".
currently i am ignoring them and deleting them but after about 100 of them I am wondering if any one knows what is going on and is there a way to stop these emails?

What do the messages look like? Ordinary messages, or perhaps they have a special icon? If you right-click them in the Inbox and choose Options, do the headers indicate that they are from your own mail server? Could this be a problem with conflicting calendar items on an Exchange Server, either on your calendar or a public folder calendar?
yes I had modified the email addresses before posting. Thanks for the concerns and have now removed them.
I am not sure about conflicting calenders is there a way to check or test for this?
I think it's a bit beyond my knowledge; I'm not an extensive user of Exchange calendaring features. I'm surprised the messages don't offer more detail or at least a link. Sorry I can't help!
