Field codes from within text boxes (Word 2003/Win 2000)

I have a document template where the title appears on the front page and is repeated in the header of subsequent pages using styleref. To anchor the title and associated information, I put three paras in a text box but now, the styleref says 'Error! No text of specified style in document'.

    Is there a solution?

    Cheers, Geoff

    Hi Geoff,

The simplest solution would be to format the title page so that the title and associated information appear where you want them, without the need for a text box. If you have specific positioning requirements, a suitably laid-out table might also do the trick.

    Hi Geoff:
A styleref field will not pick up text in a textbox. You can use a frame, however.
