    Does anybody know how to get for the date entered in the custom footer (or header) the same options to format as when formatting date in a cell?

    Re: formats

    If you wish to set the format of the date eg dd/mmm/yyy try
    the following:

    With ActiveSheet.PageSetup
    .RightHeader = "&8&IAs @ " & Format(Now(), "DD-MMM-YYYY")
    End With

    The &8 and &I symbols set the text to 8 points and italic..

    Hope this helps ...

    Thanks, Ron.
    I'll give it a try and see how it works.
