Contact Order (Outlook 2003)

I have my Inbox selected. I click on my Address Book Icon on the Standard toolbar. Show Names from the: section I select Contacts. My contacts show up First Name and then Last Name. I want Last Name, then First Name. How do I do that?

If I go to my contact folder and open a contact, File as: field shows Last Name, First Name.
