    Code used in Crosstab (2K(SP3))

I am using some code from <post#=248210>post 248210</post#>. I would like to have the headers of the report just display the day instead of the short date. I have tried changing the crosstab query to Format([sdate],"d") and tried DatePart("d",[sdate]). As the query displays the information correctly, the report changes it back to the shortdate format. Any change in the code to results in an overflow error.

    Thank You,

The code from the post you refer to uses a Date/Time variable dteDate to populate the headings:

    Me("Head" & intX).Caption = dteDate

So even if you feed the code numbers, they will be interpreted as dates, You could try

    Me("Head" & intX).Caption = Day(dteDate)

<img src=/S/thankyou.gif border=0 alt=thankyou width=40 height=15> solved. Sometimes when you just do not use something for a long time you forget some of the simple things.
