detect bottom of page (2000 all updates)

From a multi-select list box on a form, items are checked and gathered into a String for printing.

Is there a way to detect the bottom of a page, so that individual names from the string don't start printing on the bottom line of one page and continue on the next page?

For example, in the string below, ideally I would like to have "Mac & Gail Brown" pushed to the second page rather than printing "Mac & " on one page and "Gail Brown" on the next page.

Fred & Betty Abraham, Helen Airdrie, Eric & Emmy Beauchamp, Sue Beemer, Les & Monica Bibby, George & Dorothy Bitker, Joan Blades, Mrs. Mary Britton, Mac & Gail Brown

Code could be written to check each line, but doing that can make some pretty ugly formatting...so I am wondering if there is a way to detect the bottom line on the page.

    Thanks.

How are you printing it? In a form, in a report?
How is the string displayed? In a text box?
I don't think there is a straightforward way to determine where a page break falls within a text box.

Hans, this is being printed in a text box on a report.

The report is unbound. The Detail section has 3 text boxes, each of which gets its information from the form.

I assumed as much - that there wasn't any straightforward (or even non-straightforward) way of checking this.

    Thanks.
