Computer Freezes Closing Excel (Office 2000)

I'm running Win98SE with MS Office 2000, SP 3. My problem = when closing Excel, the computer freezes, requiring a hard reset (Ctrl+Alt+Del does not work). All Excel operations work while Excel is loaded. This is a new problem and Excel worked great before. Any ideas? Help!

Thank you-I knew I could get a great solution on the WOPR boards. The problem=corrupted xlb file + an add in called "csaaddin". Any idea what "csaaddin" is?

There isn't a single reference in Google or the newsgroups (or in the Lounge) to csaaddin. Is that the exact name?

I double checked. Yes-"csaaddin". OK-just found it (I checked google, etc also and couldn't find it). It is an add in from "Creative Solutions" accounting program. It is either missing a related dll or similar problem. When trying to add "csaaddin", I get runtime error 48, file not found-ebridge.dll, and excel stops.

If you have the installation disk (or files) of the add-in, you can try installing it again. If that doesn't help, you might contact Creative Solutions to see if they have a suggestion.
