    Clock Form (xp)

    Hello,

When using Access is it possible to display a form (let us say a clock form that just displays the time) in a window by itself, without having it enclosed in the MS Access window? I just want to have the clock on my desktop but not show the Access window around it. Is it possible?

If you use a popup form you can use Windows API functions to hide/minimize the Access application window, but I wouldn't recommend it. It's confusing since users normally work within the Access application window. And they can already see the time in the Windows notification area (system tray). <img src=/S/grin.gif border=0 alt=grin width=15 height=15>
