After rebooting Windows would not start, "Exception in 03H in Module...". I had run defrag several times before without a I called Microsoft and the problem was fixed. I later was notified by Symantec of the problem.
"Norton Utilities 2001 v5.0 - Windows Me Document ID - 2000120915010309" and Microsoft Article ID Q275003. I had none of the relevant software installed. Has anyone else had this problem and does anyone know if either Microsoft or Symantec are working on a permanent fix?
