    Media Content CD (2002 - SP3)

I'm having a problem with various installations of Word on computers at work.

When inserting clip-art, some of the computers require the insertion of a disk labeled Media Content, while other insert the clip art with no request for the CD.

When we install Word, we file the CD (and all other software in a main office and having to retrieve that is a problem). How do I fix this?

If you restart the installer (from the CD or Add/Remove), does it show that clip art is to be accessed on the fly on some computers situation and to run from the hard drive on the others? If not, there, I'm not sure where to look...
