What have you tried that has not worked?

Removing the IFrame should be as simple as removing the <IFRAME> tag from the parent page...

Re: Help with removal of iframe from website

Your home page is set up so that the "main content" is displayed in an iframe. To insert that same content in the page itself, without the iframe, you will need to copy and paste from the content page whatever is between the <body> and </body> tags into the place currently occupied by the <iframe>...</iframe> tags. If the content page contains unique scripts or style definitions in the <head> section, you will need to copy those as well, or put them in external files and include them with the usual <link rel="stylesheet"> and <script src="xyz.js"> tags.
