    Re: Conversion

Sonia, personally I have not heard of Spreadsheet 99 by MSoft, but if the file is .xls, it should be able to be opened by Excel using the normal File Open command. Otherwise you might have to select it and copy and paste into Excel. <img src=/S/thinks.gif border=0 alt=thinks width=15 height=15>

    Re: Conversion

There was no Excel 99. If that is an Excel 97 spreadsheet, then there is no difference in the file formats between Excel 97 and Excel 2000. You should be able to just open the file in Excel 2000. If it is from an earlier version of Excel, you should be able to just open it and when you save it Excel will ask if you want to convert it to the current file format.

    Is it Microsoft Works ?

If so just try opening it in Excel 2000. If that does not work, see if you can download a convertor from Microsoft's website.
