    Outlook Forms

I need a good resource for learning how to create and use Outlook forms. These forms will be used to collect user responses to various in-house situations and for them to request services. Any suggestions? I am using Outlook 2000 SR-1.

    Thanks. <img src=/S/help.gif border=0 alt=help width=23 height=15>

Can't beat Slipstick, but I found the Microsoft Press books "Building Applications with Outlook 2000" and "Programming Outlook and Exchange" rather useful. The are also good as door stops once you have finished the project
