    Printing the Forum (A2K)

This is just a general question as opposed to a problem. All of us who have used this Forum know that it's contents are invaluable in varying degrees depending on our state of panic. On a lot of occasions, particularly when dealing with some of my own issues, I've tried to print out the questions and respnses to my particular predicament at that point in time, but it's usually pretty Kludgy. Has anyone found a "neat & easy" way of printing this good stuff out?
    Cheers,
    Andy

Have you tried the "Save/print thread" <IMG SRC=http://www.wopr.com/w3timages/printthread.gif> button in the "header" of a thread? It displays a complete thread in a format suitable for printing (or for saving to disk).

You can also subscribe to the daily digest of the Access forum (and others, if you're interested). You can then print the e-mail.

I myself never print or save entire threads, I just copy and paste useful bits of code into modules in a LoungeTest database.

    Hans,

Thanks for the info. I have tried the Save/print thread scenario. I was just trying to cut down on the amount of paper wasted on really, big columns and some of the extraneous bumph.

I already do, as you suggested, copy and paste the really useful stuff, but sometimes I run out of reading material, and wouldn't mind looking at more extensive versions.

The daily digest is something that I was not aware of and will have to dig through the forum and have a look at it. Thanks again for taking the time to respond,
    Cheers,
    Andy
