Cell A55 in the CTR sheet (the one containing 2000) is the only one that isn't flagged in Excel 2002 as a numeric cell formatted as text.
    - Select cell A55
    - Click in the formula bar.
    - Press Enter.
    - Activate the other sheet.
The macro should run OK now.

.... only for this little modify!
    Not possible, tks Hans.-
But how to have intercept the error? With a magic potion?
I have test this macro for 2 hours, but nothing....

Note: but for future use of "2000" if i use 02000 into a cell formated text, is the same problem?

You can use 2000. The problem was that it was not formatted as text. Once you format it as text it works alright.

An easy way to spot this type of problem in a column of numbers is to widen the column and format the column to have "General" Horizontal text alignment. The numbers will be right justified and the text will be left justified. The "odd ones" are easy to spot that way.
