Could you perhaps describe what it is you want to achieve and with what cell(s)?

    Instead of

    ="AH3"

    you should have

    =$AH$3

in the conditional formatting dialog. The easiest way is to click in the box, then to click in cell AH3. Excel will enter =$AH$3 in the box.
