Office 2003 - special installation (Office Pro 2003 / Win XP Pro)

I want to find out how to install and/or setup Office so that only 1 specific user account on a shared desktop PC can run the software.

Relevant software versions: Office Pro 2003, Win XP Pro

I bought a copy of Office Pro 2003 which according to the licensing info says:

You can install one copy of Office Professional Edition 2003, Office Small Business Edition 2003, and Office Standard Edition 2003 on your main computer and another on your laptop computer for your exclusive, but non-concurrent use.

It's the "exclusive, but non-concurrent use" part that has me stumped... How do I set it up so that when I am logged on to my desktop I can use Office but when another user (like my fiance) is logged on to my desktop they cannot? I travel on business a lot and I can easily see MS getting an activation signal saying the same serial number is being used on 2 different computers at the same time. My business is software related and I cannot afford to be violating any licenses for obvious reasons.

    Any ideas?

Do not worry about it. The ONLY time MS sees the application is when one is "activating" the software. MS does NOT snoop on your use of the software.

Now running HP Pavilion a6528p, with Win7 64 Bit OS.

There's no technical way for you to block software from running on Computer A while it is in use on Computer B, at least not without some expensive add-on software. I think this is what cell phones are for ("Oh, honey...").

On an NTFS partition, provided the User on Computer B does not have Administrator permissions, would it not be possible to deny the second User permission to access C:Program FilesMicrosoft OfficeOffice? As that is the default location for the Office executables, it should prevent the second User's use (untested).
