    Opening cil files

I am helping someone with MS Works v7.0, trying to insert clipart downloaded from MS, both as .cil and .mpf files, but when I try to open either of these (by double clicking on them as Help says to do) I get an error message that WIndows needs to know what program created this file. Can anyone help please?

    Re: Opening cil files

I don't have Works, so I can only provide general information.

.CIL files should be opened using CAG.EXE, probably C:Program FilesMicrosoft WorksArtgalryCAG.EXE
.MPF files should be opened using MSTORE.EXE.

Thanks - but I cannot find either of these .exe files. Where can I get them?

Which program of Works are you trying to insert clipart?

I have version 7 but do not use it. It came with my machine and some times I get a Works file that I need to convert and I to do NOT have either of the files that HansV listed.

Now running HP Pavilion a6528p, with Win7 64 Bit OS.
