Do you only want to know which forms and reports have a specifice query as record source, or would you also want to find forms/reports whose record source refers to the query (directly or indirectly), and/or forms/reports that have controls whose control source or row source refers to the query, and/or forms/reports whose code module refers to the query?

I am interested in all of the above but I am primarily in need of which queries are associated with a given form or report

The easiest way is to use one of the utilities that can find strings throughout a database, for example from Rick Fisher or Black Moshannon. Both have free trial downloads; full functionality requires purchase.
