limiting a value in a table (access 2000)

I'm trying to limit the amount a user can enter into a employee discount field in a table. I would like to set up a validation rule in the table to limit the discount to no greater than $0.20 or 20 cents. Anyone have any recomendations? Thanks..

Open the table in design view.
Click in the Discount field.
Set the Validation Rule property to
<=0.2
(that is < = 0.2 without spaces in between)
Set the Validation Text property to an appropriate warning message.
Close and save the table design.
