    Percentage Sum? (Excel 2003)

    Hi

I need to find total sales from Column N and then find what percentage was sold to each Key Account3 by Cust Class

Example Key Accounts3 ILN35001, Building Service Contractors, Cust Class A = 1.34 this then has to be divided by the sum all the rows
    containing the above i.e. N4 to N7 therefore 1.34/411.25 = 0.33% when applied to all 4 matching rows =100%

    Please see attached

    Many Thanks

    Braddy

There's a problem in cells I17 and I18, at least in the version you attached. If you get rid of that, you can use

    =N4/SUMPRODUCT(($D$4:$D$18=D4)*($I$4:$I$18=I4)*$N$4:$N $18)

    in Q4 and fill down.
