Ruler settings in Word (Word 2003 SP2)

Using someone else's computer and this is going to drive me crazy. For some reason, though coworker is as American as apple pie, they've got their ruler set to centimeters instead of inches (so confirms another Canadian coworker). I checked Tools | Options and Tools | Customize and a few other places but I can't figure out how to get it back to inches. And they use Word so rarely that I'm not even sure they've noticed this yet. Can someone enlighten me and tell me how to change this setting?

Sorry if my non-love of the metric system offends anyone out there.

    Thanks, Sat.

You can set the unit of measurement in the General tab of Tools | Options...

Hey, Hans. Thanks. I had already checked there and it was in Inches, so I had figured that wasn't the place to go. It looks like the resolution lies in that other post that you included a link for, cause, after reading that MS support article, I remembered that this computer was recently upgraded from 2000 to 2003. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction. I'm off to edit the registry.
