    Copy fields (Access 2000)

I need to copy all the records from one field into another
and make an order out of it.I have sent an attachement to

explain what i want which is as follows

Copy all the records from the field Branch0 and paste them

    into the field cartons.
Copy all the records from the field Itemso and paste them

    into the field Quantity.

For that purpose i have made a button making a new order

based on availability. After i have chosen the customer,

instead of choosing a product i want to click the button and

make an order out of all available quantities.
Can you help me making the command?

In the first place, please stop pressing the Enter key in the middle of sentences. It makes your posts hard to read. The browser will automatically wrap text.

In the second place, I don't understand your question. How can you copy values if you haven't selected products yet?
