    Print Excel doc

    I have a spreadsheet that has many pages or tabs and I want to be able to print each of the pages with one single macro. The number of pages may vary some, so I wasn't sure how to create that in a macro.

    Also, is there a keyboard shortcut to switch to the next tabs in Excel?

    I have Office 2000.

    Thanks

    Why not just select all of the sheets by clicking on the first one then holding down shift and clicking on the last one and then click on print. That will print all of the sheets.

    Hi,
    This code will print all the sheets in a workbook:
    Sub PrintWorksheets()
    ActiveWorkbook.Worksheets.Printout
    End Sub
    The shortcut for moving from tab to tab is Ctrl+PageUp or Ctrl+PageDown depending on which direction you want to go.
    Hope that helps.
