Web Pages Insode Outlook (MSO 2003)

Is there a way to have local folders open inside Outlook, like they can/do in Internet Explorer?

What do local folders have to do with web pages?
The ability to browse "My Computer" etc. inside Outlook that was available in Outlook 2002 and earlier, was removed from Outlook 2003. It was superfluous anyway.

    That answers that.

You can create an Outlook shortcut that will open Windows (File) Explorer in a new window, if that is useful.
