    Corrupted file? (2003)

I have an Excel file (one sheet only) which uses a lot of pivot groupings (up to 5 actually). At some point, although I could open the file, make changes and even save the file, when I tried to close the file or exit the software, Excel started to crash, and it does that ever since, but only with this file. I am pretty sure that the file got corrupted, however it's a pretty simple file, no macros or anything 'extra' in it, except for the pivot groupings. Could these groupings case the file to get corrupted, any ideas?

    Thanks,
    Kislany

    Hi Krislany,

What happens when you copy the data into a blank new workbook! Do not copy the sheet...the data only. See if this help!
