    Access Query Security (Access2003)

On something like an Update Query that you wouldn't want everyone to have access to, how can you protect this Query? For that matter, how can one protect any object in an Access database or does the whole database have to be protected? Thanks in advance for any info. BW

To protect individual objects in an Access database, you need to apply user-level security. Lounge moderator <!profile=WendellB>WendellB<!/profile> has a tutorial on his website: The Secrets of Security. It contains an introduction and lots of useful links. <!profile=JacksonMacD>JacksonMacD<!/profile> has a good paper on security, see his website.
