    DCOUNT (2002)

One of our engineers has a large spreadsheet where he wants to count the values in one column when two other columns values are "C" We seem to have the formula correct =DCOUNTA(K2:O2253,"Status",V2:W3). The resulting value not only contains the "C" but the "C/F" count also.

Is there a way to get an exact match in the DCOUNTA function? or does anyone know of another function or formula that might work?

Enter "=C" as criteria if you want to count only records for which Status equals "C".

Can you tell us what you have as criteria?

    Thanks, Hans.

I probably should have known that.
