    WHY!!! error.. (2000 sr 1)

    Why have error if the range is E5:E65536 and not have error if the range is H5:H65536, with formula in H2?
    if is more simple in vba is the same...

    The values in column E are formatted as text, and they contain dates in a different format than column H. If you want to perform calculations, you must convert the values to real dates.
