Forget a remembered password (XP Home)

When you log in to a number of different aspects, windows / IE asks you if you want the password remembered. From then on it takes you straight through to the destination.

Is there any way of telling it to forget

a) specific passwords?

Thanks for advice

To clear all remembered passwords:
In Interner Explorer, select Tools | Internet Options...
Activate the Content tab.
Click AutoComplete...
The Clear AutoComplete history section contains buttons to clear forms and passwords.

To clear specific passwords, you can download and install the free utility Protected Storage PassView. (Thanks to <!profile=joeperez>joeperez<!/profile> who mentioned this utility in an earlier thread)

Hi,
There are some answers, maybe, in this <post:=321,721>post 321,721</post:>.
a) What kind of specific password? Windows log on; use Control Panel / User Acounts. On certain webbpages; click in the User name field / down arrow and then Delete.
For example, IE Options dialog: Content tab / AutoComplete / Clear Forms & Clear Passwords.

Anything special you have in mind?

Regards,
Argus
