    Booking a Meeting Room (2000)

We have added some new meeting rooms to our resources in Outlook. These new ones are called Meeting Room 5/1, 5/2, 5/3 etc.

Now some users cannot book the original ones (Meeting Room and Boardroom). They get the following error:

The operation failed. An object could not be found. Unable to directly book a resource for the meeting.

But they can book the new ones. This is not happening with everyone but the users it is happening to are not connected in anyway - it seems random.

    Any ideas please

    Thanks

Just to check, have the permissions and delegate permissions for the boardroom been changed inadvertently...it happened to me once

No changes have been made to the original rooms - just new ones added

It may be a Service Pack issue.

The operation failed. An object could not be found

It talks about O2K further down

Thanks - I had a look at your link but our service packs are up to date.
