Everyone notified when meeting accepted (2003)

Hello. In a couple of days I have to spend a morning helping five Outlook 2003 / Exchange (SBS) users at a small local office. They have one strange problem; apparently if Albert invites Bert to a meeting, and Bert accepts, Charlie and Dave also get a message that Bert has accepted the request. I suspect it may be something to do with delegates or permissions or something but wonder if anyone out there has had a similar problem (and found the solution)? <img src=/S/confused.gif border=0 alt=confused width=15 height=20>
    TIA, Robin

I would say that it is more than likely a delegate issue. I had a similar problem when I used a calendar as a resource and added delegates, which were the admin team. They got irritated when they kept getting emails everytime one of them added a new meeting in the resource.

Not knowing the small office set up, I would make one of the owner and the others with other permissions and get rid of delegates.

OK Jerry, many thanks - I'll give it a try.
