    Hiding tables and Queries (Access)

    Hello,

How do I hide my tables and queries. I do not want the users of the database to be able to manipulate any of the data. Thanks.

What exactly are you trying to accomplish? You can hide the database window and if you search in this forum, you'll find code to help you do that.

There are a few options you have - the best being user level security. You've been provided the link before, I'll avoid redundancy. Another option you have is to hide the database window, by going to Tools > Startup > Show Database Window (uncheck). Users can go around this easily by holding the shift key while opening the database. You may disable the shift bypass by following the instructions found here You may also hide objects by right clicking the object and selecting "hidden".
